You can complete the entire assessment for a block, or use the following approach to focus on one behavior you would like to improve.
Start with one block at a time.
Begin with the first block and read through the behaviors. Don't worry about the things you already do well. Choose one behavior you would most like to improve.
Then read through the quotations and ideas. Choose one that you believe will inspire or help you improve that behavior.
Click Save Progress. When you return, your choices will still be there as a reminder of what you are working on.
Stay with that behavior until you feel you have made real improvement. Then decide what comes next. You can return to the same block and choose another behavior, or move on to the next block.
One block. One behavior. One helpful idea. Work on it until it becomes a habit. Then move on.
